Dear All,

There are all sorts of things you can do to minimize your risk of stroke, like changing your diet and exercise routine and reducing stress. If you were at serious risk for stroke -- say, 500 percent more than the average person -- wouldn't you want to know so you could start making healthy changes now?

Click here to add your name to the worldwide charter to raise awareness about stroke risk.

More than 17 million people in Europe, China and the United States alone have heart arrhythmia (or Atrial Fibrillation by it's fancy name), which makes them five times more likely to suffer a stroke. But sadly, too few of them know they're at risk.

Health care isn't just about fixing things that go wrong with your body. It's about using what we know to prevent problems from happening in the first place. That means, earlier diagnosis, better access to treatment and outreach so people at risk know it.

That's why we at Care2 and people around the world are supporting the AF Patient Charter. We're hoping you will too. Click here to automatically add your name to the charter and help prevent AF-related stroke.
